JOB DETAILS
Keep one of Minnesota's oldest craft breweries running smoothly. Maintain brewing, fermentation, packaging, and refrigeration equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain brew kettles, fermenters, bright tanks, and packaging lines
- Service refrigeration and glycol cooling systems
- Troubleshoot pneumatic and electrical issues
- Coordinate with brewers on scheduled maintenance windows
Requirements:
- 2+ years maintenance in food, beverage, or industrial setting
- Refrigeration and/or HVAC experience preferred
- Welding (MIG/TIG) skills a plus
- Passion for craft brewing culture welcome
