JOB DETAILS
Service and maintain commercial HVAC systems across a portfolio of Class A office buildings and mixed-use properties in the Twin Cities metro.
Responsibilities:
- Perform PM and repairs on rooftop units, chillers, AHUs, and VAV systems
- Respond to tenant comfort calls
- Work with BAS/BMS controls
- Maintain refrigerant records per EPA 608
Requirements:
- EPA 608 Universal certification (required)
- 4+ years commercial HVAC experience
- BAS experience (Siemens, Honeywell, or JCI preferred)
- Valid driver license
